The Black Block Legend
For the first time, Edna Hibel is collaborating on a book for children of all ages, a story of troubles and triumphs of youngsters William and Gertrude in an idyllic European castle and countryside setting around the time of the European Industrial Revolution. The colorful Hibel front cover (shown here) portrays the main characters in this setting, and Edna Hibel's 20 single-color images enchance the story thoroughout the volume of 62 pages.

The story is written in two versions, one for the parent to read to a young child, and one for the older child through high school to read themselves. For parents and teachers we have included educational notes about the vocabulary and how to use the story.

Autographed copies (Edna Hibel) will be sent to the first thirty (30) persons to order the book. If you wish all three autographs, please indicate so at the end of the ordering process.
